Peace Love Sold is a full-service design build construction company with principals who bring passion and experience to every build site. Specializing in stabilizing neighborhoods through sensitive renovations of St. Louis’s historic and irreplicable building stock, our company’s long-term approach to residential redevelopment is transforming blocks, and communities, one home at a time. This is done through building lasting relationships with neighbors, supporting local business districts, giving back to worthy causes and forging meaningful partnerships with local contractors who stand behind their work product.

Whether you’re looking for a knowledgeable real estate agent, seeking assistance navigating local and state incentive programs or need guidance with a home renovation, big or small — our team can help make your project a success. Here’s a snapshot of the quality work Peace Love Sold has become known for.

Living in St. Louis, I knew there were many opportunities to help improve neighborhoods, including my own. Starting Peace Love Sold Properties is a way for me to help give back to St. Louis. My goal is to bring peace and love to different neighborhoods in the St. Louis City area and create a positive environment one house at a time.

Being able to train her son in the business has been one of the biggest rewards of all.

My son, Jayce and I moved to St. Louis in 2009 in search of something new. We fell in love with the city and all it had to offer us. I love helping other parents find their dream home, and a community where the whole family can thrive.
